This Balenciaga Music product contains a Near Field Communication (NFC) chip placed by Balenciaga (a French “société par actions simplifiée” located at 16-18 rue Vaneau, Paris 75007, France) that is included in the pass. Hover a smartphone near the chip to access an exclusive game developed by Balenciaga.

Directions
Preliminary instructions: Make sure your smartphone is compatible with NFC technology (most phones working under Android and Apple iPhone 6 and newer are compatible), that your phone has a working internet connection, and that the NFC contact option is enabled.
- You may need to remove your phone’s case to allow a signal between it and the NFC chip. You do not need to open the phone’s camera app or any other apps.
- Move your phone’s camera lens near the Tap Your Phone Here mention on the BFRND pass. If it does not immediately register, try touching the lens to the tag or moving the phone from side to side and in small circles in each direction. Note: It may take a few seconds for your phone to process the NFC information.
- A banner should appear at the top of your phone’s screen. Tap the banner to open the link.

When you tap the NFC tag, some of your personal information (in particular your IP address) may be processed by our service provider, located in the European Union, who provides us with such technology. We have required this partner to implement safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. By tapping the NFC tag, you agree to your personal information being used in accordance with the above and our Privacy Policy.
You may generally ask us to deactivate the NFC tag of your item in our official stores.
